As our next Multi Skilled Team Leader, you…

           Salary - £ 14.44/hour

• Ensure high standards of services provided for guests and the attainment of Rooms and Food & Beverage qualitative and quantitative targets
• Conveys the hotel’s image and atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field
• Manages and motivates the F&B/Reception teams in order to improve sales and the quality of F&B and Front Office services
• Improve the departments result by increasing sales and productivity of F&B and Front Office point of sale
• Guarantees the respect of procedures governing cash operations, administration and audits in line with the brands internal audit guidelines
• Is in contact with other departments and ensures that information circulates smoothly between them
• Analysis guest’s comments and shares them with the team

• Food and Beverage Experience required.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferable but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English.
• Customer Service.
• Positive problem solving approach.
• Time-Keeping.
• Organised.
• Multi-tasking.
• Able to work under pressure.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
