A Mixologist is responsible for achieving service excellence in bar operations. The person ensures compliance with the service standards, performance and quality.

Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for success in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment, promoting Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to communicate sufficient English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
