Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of marketing strategies across both properties in alignment with Accor brand standards.
  • Assist in planning and promoting seasonal campaigns, events, and on-property activations.
  • Coordinate and support photo/video shoots to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Manage and update digital presence across social media, OTAs, Google listings, and brand platforms.
  • Work closely with the community management agency to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Draft content for newsletters, website updates, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral (signage, menus, flyers, etc.).
  • Assist in coordinating PR and influencer engagements, media visits, and FAM trips.
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather information and align marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate supplier communication and support budget tracking.
  • Travel between Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh as needed to support on-ground execution.

 


Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including branding, campaign planning, and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with content creation, including basic design using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Understanding of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English; other languages (such as French or Arabic) are a plus depending on the location
