Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • The Manager, Digital Content is responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of all digital content for Premium, Midscale and Economy Brands. 
  • His/her aim is to ensure that the content aligns with the global ICP, is in line with our brand guidelines and tone of voice and is effective in engaging and converting target audiences.
  • This role will collaborate closely with the Director of Digital Experience and various other SMDL teams and external partners in and around the region to ensure the implementation of the global Content & SEO strategy locally and regionally. 

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS)
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (GA4)
  • Knowledge of SEO and Digital Content best practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Project Management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Second language advantageous (Southeast Asian language preferred)
