We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Management Trainee for our Front Office operations in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Indonesia. This exciting opportunity offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop future leaders in the hospitality industry. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of front office operations while honing your leadership and administrative skills.
- Assist in managing daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Learn and implement hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop management skills
- Support the front office team in maintaining accurate guest records and financial transactions
- Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and guest service standards
- Shadow experienced managers to gain insights into leadership and decision-making
- Engage in rotational assignments across various front office functions to gain comprehensive knowledge
- Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency
- Has Completed His/Her First Internship In Operational Department.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn hotel management software
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures (preferred)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
