We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Laundry Supervisor to lead our laundry team at Mövenpick Hotel Baghdad. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the laundry staff, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
• Monitor the proper handling and care of hotel linen, uniforms, guest laundry, and dry-cleaning services.
• Ensure that all laundry equipment is operated safely and maintained regularly.
• Manage inventory levels of laundry supplies and place orders as needed.
• Train and guide laundry attendants on proper procedures and hygiene standards.
• Inspect laundered items for cleanliness, quality, and presentation before delivery.
• Maintain proper records for laundry operations including usage, production, and damages.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations and service flow.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a laundry supervisory role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of laundry operations, fabric care, and chemical handling.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
