The position is responsible for assisting the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times and to ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment.

Immediate start available - Casual or Part-time employment is available.

You will:

• Action cleaning duties within the kitchen, food preparation areas and scullery.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry, fridges and freezers.
• Assist in the preparation of food as directed by our senior chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and rotation of stock in pantry, fridge and freezers.
• Assist with the receiving and storing of stock.
• Ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Service oriented with an eye for detail.
• Able to work independently with demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Flexible to work a rotating roster of morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
