Job Description

Our Pastry Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Pastry Chef with managing the day-to-day operations relating to Pastry and Bakery production while maintaining the highest level of culinary excellence.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of pastry experience

  • Previous experience in 5-star hotels or fine dining restaurants preferred

  • Strong knowledge of pastry, desserts, and decoration techniques

  • Familiar with hygiene and food safety standards

  • Ability to lead and coordinate a team

  • Flexible with working hours
