We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As the HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our facility. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal climate control and maintaining a comfortable environment for our customers and employees.

• Lead and manage the HVAC team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing technical guidance
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all HVAC equipment
• Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units, boilers, and cooling towers
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and maintain optimal indoor air quality and temperature
• Supervise installation, upgrades, and replacement projects of HVAC systems
• Conduct regular team training sessions on maintenance procedures, safety practices, and new technologies
• Collaborate with other departments to address climate control needs and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and manage budgets for HVAC operations, maintenance, and projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement energy-efficient practices
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC supervision or management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and preventive maintenance techniques
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC schematics, technical manuals, and drawings
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Relevant certifications in HVAC systems (e.g., HVAC Excellence, NATE)
• Experience with energy management and efficiency practices
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Egypt
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency in using HVAC-related software and building management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing optimal climate control solutions

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
