Job Description

In this role your duties will include (but not limited to): 

  • Oversee and assist with managing the in-house Laundry Department. 
  • Allocate and organise daily room assignments and team responsibilities.
  • Perform detailed room inspections to ensure brand excellence is upheld.
  • Support roster planning and operational efficiency.
  • Coach, mentor and train Public Area Attendant team members in line with brand standards.
  • Respond to guest requests, feedback, and solve problems with professionalism and urgency.
  • Ensure rooms are released in a timely manner to meet check-in targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Front Office and Engineering to support a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

In this role you will bring (but not limited to):

  • Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role (premium or upscale hotel background is ideal).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Meticulous eye for detail and standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication - written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • A proactive and guest-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster across mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends.
