This position will be responsible for the supervision of housekeeping operations by ensuring that sections of housekeeping’s service standards delivery are maintained in accordance to hotel’s strategic plan and standard. He ensures guests enjoy impeccable housekeeping product and that services offered by team members are provided in a timely manner.

• Experience of working in a luxury and upscale segment is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels.
• A combination of creativity and strong product knowledge. 
• Ability to maintain efficient and passion for hotel operations.
