Key Responsibilities

• Create and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity

• Develop new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests professionally

• Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with legal regulations

• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and minimize waste

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and current drink trends

• Design and prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and precision

• Develop new drink recipes and seasonal menus

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

• Engage guests with a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service style

• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and food pairings

• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, safety standards, and company policies

• Manage inventory, bar supplies, and ingredient freshness

• Train junior bartenders/bar staff when needed

• Handle cash, POS systems, and accurate order processing

• Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques and ingredients

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Creativity and attention to detail

• Time management and multitasking abilities

• Understanding of health, safety, and alcohol laws
