Job Description

  • Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
  • Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality/privacy.
  • Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in writing as required.
  • Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous 1-2 years of experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets is preferred.
  • Strong computer or system skills preferably in Opera.
  • Possess strong attention to detail, whilst delivering efficient customer service.

Additional Information

Due to the permanent nature of this position, we are only considering candidates who possess long-term work rights in Australia. Applicants should be eligible to commit to a continuous, long-term work arrangement without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the near future.
