Job Description

  • Use your charisma and love for Aotearoa to create a truly unforgettable first impression—your enthusiasm will make all the difference
  • Make every guest feel genuinely welcomed & valued, turning every goodbye into an "until we meet again.
  • Provide exceptional, friendly service to both external and internal guests, ensuring everyone feels appreciated
  • Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, leaving guests impressed with how effortless their stay was from start to finish
  • Be an ambassador for the Accor ALL loyalty program, showcasing its benefits and helping new guests sign up to enhance their future stays
  • Join a vibrant Front Office team where your energy and passion will elevate the guest experience every single day

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Front Office or Reception role at a medium-to-large Hotel is advantageous, but not required
  • people person with a natural ability to connect with guests and make them feel at home, no matter where they’re from
  • Organized and great with time management, with strong written and verbal communication skills to match
  • team player who loves working in a fast-paced environment but can also take charge and work independently when needed
  • Full of energy & initiative, always striving to create an exceptional experience for every guest you meet
