Grounds Person (F/M/X)

Cooinda Lodge Kakadu is a unique resort nestled in the heart of Kakadu National Park, Northern Territory, Australia. This is a permanent full-time position requiring ongoing, unrestricted work rights in Australia. (The position is not suitable for WHV holders due to legal work duration limitations.)

• Maintain gardens, lawns, irrigation systems, and outdoor facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal.

• Support daily maintenance operations including water testing, equipment upkeep, and basic landscaping repairs.

• Liaise with the Maintenance Team and assist in record keeping, ensuring timely action on maintenance requests and contractor work.

• 1–2 years’ experience in grounds or maintenance roles, including safe use of landscaping tools and pool water testing.

• Reliable, hands-on team member with strong time management skills and adaptability in a remote setting.

• Driver’s license required; understanding of WH&S standards and a passion for outdoor work essential.
