As our General Manager, you will be the guardian of our brand, a visionary leader who possesses an exceptional eye for detail and a profound understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape. Your mission will be to ensure the seamless operation of our hotel, driving our team towards excellence and ensuring our guests receive a personalized and bespoke service that exceeds their expectations.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operational strategy, ensuring flawless execution.
• Inspire and lead a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and empowerment.
• Champion the Sofitel brand, embedding luxury service philosophy and storytelling in every guest touchpoint.
• Drive commercial success with strong financial stewardship and innovative business strategies.
• Cultivate authentic connections with guests, partners, and the local community.
• Deliver an exceptional guest journey—personal, bespoke, and infused with French sophistication.

We are seeking a leader with:

• Mandatory Spanish Speaker
• Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within the luxury hotel segment.
• A deep understanding of 5-star service standards and discerning guest expectations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable results.
• Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to attract, build, and retain high-performing teams.
• Desirable experience in Latin America
• Experience within international hotel brands, ideally within the Accor Luxury portfolio.
