•Proven track record of improving Guest Satisfaction in previous roles, with measurable outcomes

•Builds and maintains strong relationships with owners to support long-term business growth

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

•An excellent opportunity for a first-time General Manager or someone looking to broaden their experience with a different ownership structure.

•Requires strong financial acumen across forecasting, revenue management, month-end reporting, budgeting, and business reviews.

•Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with hotel owners. For the successful applicant, the role offers the chance to contribute to the success of the hotel in a competitive market while providing individual challenge and personal development.
