#BELIMITLESS 

We are looking for a passionate talent with former General Manager experience in hospitality, to lead the operations of a managed combo hotel under the ibis and Novotel brands. This unique property, fully refurbished in 2024, is located in the heart of Prague, offering 327 rooms (146 Novotel +181 ibis), with a restaurant, bar, swimming pool & fitness center and meeting rooms - suitable for both business and leisure travelers. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Successful management of a combo hotel, operated under ibis & Novotel brands via Hotel Management Agreement.
• Strengthen the hotel’s market position, search and identify new business opportunities; build up long-term business relationships.
• Plan and manage the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals.
• Be the heart of the hotel and lead by example; create a positive, team-oriented working environment.

• At least 5 years’ experience in Hotel General Manager position
• Strong operational background
• Outstanding sales acumen, commercial mindset
• Fluency in English language
• Czech language knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
• Leadership, autonomy
• Service and quality minded character
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management skills
• Ability to create positive, effective and sustainable working relationships at all levels
