Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team at Elements Restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising daily restaurant and bar operations, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patrons and staff.

You will report directly to the Restaurant and Bar Manager and be accountable for maintaining high service standards, managing staff during shifts, and contributing to the financial and operational performance of the food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and event spaces during your shift

• Coordinate with the kitchen brigade and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality service

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

• Manage opening and closing procedures, stock control, and POS reconciliation

• Support training, onboarding, and staff development in line with brand and service standards

• Ensure accurate billing and cash handling in accordance with hotel policy

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a food and beverage or hospitality setting

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, customer service, and staff supervision

• Ability to multitask and handle service pressures in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a current Manager’s Certificate

• Wage $31.52 per hour
