The 25hours Hotel Paper Island, surrounded by water on Christiansholm, is just a short walk from Nyhavn. The island has been transformed into a vibrant new city neighborhood, featuring pioneering architecture by the award-winning COBE architects. These new buildings offer a fresh interpretation of harbor architecture, using concrete, brick, and timber. Inside the hotel, the design by STYLT Trampoli evokes the feel of a Scandinavian holiday home on a small island. Your journey to this Scandinavian retreat begins at the harbor-themed reception. The public spaces resemble a village, with a little shop reflecting the variety of items you might find there, from fishing gear to shoes to food. Once you make your way to our rooms or one our three dining outlets, you'll feel as though you’ve arrived at your holiday cottage.

With around 20 staff members, the F&B team at 25hours Paper Island is responsible for creating gastronomic sensations. We are looking forward to welcoming you as F&B Supervisor.

How does your working day look like …

• As part of your job you’ll make sure that processes are flexible and that tables and work spaces are clean, so that you and your team work hand in glove – even if, once again, all the guests arrive at the same time
• You’ll be committed to the high standards of our food, and make sure your colleagues are committed to an equally special service experience
• As a trained catering specialist, your batteries never run down, and you’ll conjure up that “Wow!” expression on the guest’s face
• You’ll support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever, once again, all the guests pile into the restaurant and want to order at the same time. On top of this, you’ll also keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan
• You’ll make sure the accounts are correct and admin processes run smoothly.
• You’ll support your colleagues’ development in collaboration with the F&B leadership.

• You’ve completed your training and have already gained experience in the catering business.
