Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Istanbul, Türkiye. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maximizing profitability.

  • Manage and lead the food and beverage team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team, considering local and international food trends
  • Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for the F&B department
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
  • Coordinate with other departments to support events and promotions
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in high-volume restaurants or hotels
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
  • Proficiency in menu planning, development, and pricing strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Knowledge of Turkish cuisine and international food trends
  • Understanding of local food and beverage regulations
  • Fluency in English
