Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to embark on a one-year internship program, gaining valuable experience in the exciting world of hospitality.

  • Assist in daily food and beverage operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of dining areas
  • Interact with guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
  • Participate in menu tastings and provide feedback to the culinary team
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Learn and apply food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth service operations
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and skills
  • Contribute creative ideas for improving guest experiences and operational efficiency
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in the hospitality industry
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
