You will have:

• Previous experience in a medium to large restaurant; 5-star hotel experience is an advantage
• Barista skills, including the ability to make quality coffee and handle barista tasks with precision and efficiency
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with the ability to make thoughtful recommendations to guests
• At least 3+ years of customer service experience
• An engaging personality, making every guest feel special, with a dependable, can-do attitude that enhances team cohesion
• A thorough understanding of restaurant service standards and protocols
