Job Description

  • Design, create, and maintain floral arrangements for hotel public areas, guestrooms, restaurants, spa, and banquet events
  • Supervise and train the florist team, ensuring daily schedules and assignments are completed to the highest standards
  • Work closely with the Banquet, Events, and F&B teams to design floral concepts for special functions and events
  • Monitor inventory, order fresh flowers, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure proper care and handling of all flowers, plants, and decorative items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workshop and storage areas
  • Support the Housekeeping team in creating a welcoming atmosphere through floral presentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional florist experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong creativity and knowledge of floral design, trends, and arrangements for luxury hotels and events
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet event deadlines
  • Good leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Thai is required; English communication is an advantage
  • Hotel experience preferred
