Job Description

As an F&B Host, you are a key player in the daily restaurant and bar operations. You ensure smooth service in breakfast, lunch, dinner or bar shifts — from mise-en-place to closing. You combine genuine hospitality with operational precision, making sure every guest leaves satisfied and every shift runs efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Guest welcome & seating: Greet guests, manage reservations and walk-ins, and ensure a smooth seating flow

  • Service execution: Take orders, serve food and drinks, clear tables and follow service standards consistently

  • Mise-en-place: Prepare the restaurant or bar before service (cutlery, napkins, condiments, station setup, coffee machines, etc.)

  • Cash & POS handling: Correctly input orders into the POS system and handle payments accuratel

  • Stock & supplies: Communicate shortages, assist with restocking fridges or stations during or after service

  • Guest engagement: Handle complaints or requests with empathy and follow up when needed

  • Teamwork: Support colleagues during peak hours, assist in adjacent outlets when necessary

  • Closing duties: Clean and reset stations, check stock levels, report issues to supervisor or shift leader
