The Director of Food & Beverage at Pullman Miri Waterfront will lead and oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for guests. This role is integral to upholding the hotel's high standards of quality and service, while also driving strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for culinary excellence with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, operational best practices, and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including POS systems and financial reporting software.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Computer literacy.
This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
