• Developing financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans
• Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variances
• Maximizing return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community
• Managing budget and forecast processes, providing financial direction and assisting in strategic decisions
• Reviewing financial reports for ways to reduce costs
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside advisors, and filing financial reports
• Overseeing the company’s financial systems and procedures, and recommending improvements where necessary
• Managing relationships with partners and investors
• Leading and mentoring a team of finance and accounting professionals

• Proven experience as director of finance or similar role 
• Minimum 6-8 Years in Director of Finance role is required, Multi property role is an added value.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software "Sun , Procurement & Öpera"
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
