Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading our catering sales team to success.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase catering revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored catering solutions
  • Lead and motivate the catering sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings and pricing strategies
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial client contact to event execution and follow-up
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's catering services
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in catering sales or related field
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
