Job Description

SO/ Sotogrande, a luxurious hotel located in the beautiful coastal town of Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a friendly and efficient Bellboy to join our exceptional team. As a Bellboy at SO/ Sotogrande, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay from the moment they arrive until their departure.

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting them with luggage and escorting them to their rooms
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist with parking and valet services when required
  • Manage luggage storage and retrieval for guests
  • Deliver messages, packages, and room service orders to guest rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas
  • Assist with special requests and ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures at all times

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality
  • Physical stamina and strength to handle luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and information
  • Excellent multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required due to the location in Sotogrande, Spain)
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance
