Our Baristas play an integral role in the overall success of the stylish gourmet venue that STOCK Food and Drink is, through portraying excellent communication and attention to detail. Do you have a passion for making high quality beverages while working in a fast paced environment running food, demonstrating effective table maintenance and exceeding guests’ expectations?

Are you a night owl seeking a permanent position with shifts from 8 PM to 6:30 AM? This overnight role offers 10-hour shifts, with a compressed work week. Working 4 days on and 3 days off one week, then 4 days on and 3 days off the next, totaling 8 working days each pay period. We're looking for independent, self-starters.

Starting Rate: $17.33 + $1.00 per hour for overnight premium. (Permanment)

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $18.85 + $1.00 per hour for overnight premium.

Job Duties Include:

• Take guest orders accurately and process purchases using the POS system
• Operate coffee making equipment and present beverages according to recipe and presentation standards
• Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods 
• Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
• Serve hotel guests and colleagues from 10pm-6am

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous barista or food and beverage experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
• Must have Pro-Serve Certification
• Previous point-of-sale system experience required
• Schedule flexibility, working overnights on weekends, week days and holidays
• Must be able to lift and carry 30+ lbs and be able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift
