Job Description

  • Set up and tear down banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas according to established standards and event orders.
  • Ensure all tables, chairs, linens, décor, and equipment are arranged neatly and on time to support the “Meet Well” concept.
  • Provide attentive, efficient food & beverage service during meetings, banquets, and special events.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Coordinate with the Banquet Captain and other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after functions.
  • Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices aligned with Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in banquet, catering, or food & beverage service is an advantage (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, service-minded attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods and handle moderate lifting or carrying.
  • Basic English communication: Thai language skills is a must.
  • Team player who can collaborate with colleagues and support seamless event execution.
