Job Description

  • Support and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure professional, efficient, and seamless service.
  • Work with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Deliver warm, personalized service that creates memorable dining experiences and strong guest relationships.
  • Lead by example while assisting in training, coaching, and developing the service team, ensuring they are motivated and skilled to achieve excellence.
  • Drive upselling initiatives and guide the team to maximize revenue opportunities through guest engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong beverage knowledge, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic pairings, with the ability to recommend the best matches for Thai fine dining menus.
  • Train and guide the team in drink pairing and upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage reservations, guest flow, and table coordination to optimize service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support financial performance monitoring, cost control, and revenue achievement.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, marketing, and culinary teams to drive promotions, events, and seasonal menu launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fine dining or premium hospitality, preferably in Thai cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Passion for delivering memorable dining experiences with attention to detail.
  • Thai nationals are preferred due to the nature of the cuisine and cultural elements.
