• Performs daily inspection of all outlet and activity and assures readiness                                           according to standards and sustains inventory of equipment, linen and other supplies.
• Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards.
• Maintains the highest standards of service and ambiance.

• Graduate of a Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
• Service-oriented, high guest service skills, and strong leadership skills to lead colleagues to excellence. 
• Strong working knowledge of restaurant and bar operations and equipment.
