Job Description

What you'll do...

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will support three properties, Hyde Mexico City Reforma, Mama Shelter Roma and Mondrian Mexico City Condesa. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our organization's strategic goals and enhance employee performance.

  • Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that supports organizational objectives and promotes a culture of continuous learning
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to address skill gaps and improve employee performance
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored development plans
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization across the organization
  • Support with People & Culture functions as needed
  • Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
  • Analyze training effectiveness through various metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Ensure compliance of Ennismore ESG initiatives and rollouts
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations in all training initiatives

Qualifications

What we're looking for...

  • We are seeking a dynamic training professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in training, development or human resources
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs and leadership development initiatives
  • Strong communication, organization and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design tools
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Data analysis and reporting abilities to measure and communicate training effectiveness
  • Knowledge of talent development best practices and industry trends
  • Familiarity with Mexican labor laws, regulations and compliance
  • Collaborative leadership style with a vision for driving organizational growth through employee development
