We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter or Waitress to join our dynamic hospitality team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing courteous, efficient, and attentive service to our guests. You will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable moments through your warmth, professionalism, and dedication to excellence. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about exceeding customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and welcome guests to their tables with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
• Prepare and maintain tables according to established standards by setting up linens, silverware, glassware, and place settings
• Present menus to guests and provide detailed, knowledgeable information about food and beverage offerings, specials, and recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while demonstrating attentiveness to guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Serve food and beverages in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner, following all hotel or establishment standards of performance
• Ensure exceptional food hygiene and safety standards by maintaining equipment functionality and adhering to proper safety protocols
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the assigned outlet, including setup, breakdown, and cleanliness verification
• Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies to maintain operational efficiency
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery and timely order fulfillment
• Maintain composure and resilience during peak service periods while managing multiple tables simultaneously

• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a professional dining establishment
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Proficiency with MICROS POS system or similar point-of-sale platforms
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards and protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and service delivery
• Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and sanitation best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining individual accountability
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse guest backgrounds and preferences
