ABOUT THE ROLE

•Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

•Support the Executive Chef in maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation.

•Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

•Lead, coach, and motivate the kitchen team to achieve operational and guest satisfaction goals.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

•Good knowledge of food cost, inventory control, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
