Are you passionate about luxury hospitality, creating memorable events, and building relationships with clients? We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator – Events to support our Sales & Events team in delivering exceptional experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start and develop a long-term career in hotel sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Events Sales team throughout the entire sales process.
- Prepare proposals, contracts and banquet event documentation.
- Coordinate event details with internal departments to ensure flawless execution.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Handle inquiries, follow up on leads and assist with client communications.
- Monitor event schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Assist in site inspections and client visits.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in hospitality is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in both Turkish and English is required.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- A proactive, detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
