Job Description

We are seeking dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nigerian market
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including digital marketing and networking events
  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Expertise in social media marketing and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior
  • Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Professional certifications in sales or marketing (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
