Restaurant Supervisor - Tilda

We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who lives for service that feels effortless from the guest's side of the table - even when it's anything but behind the scenes.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Tilda, supporting Managers, and delivering exceptional service and guest experiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to take the next step, take greater ownership on the floor and help bring out the best in the team.

What you'll do:

• Lead the floor during services, setting the pace and standard for the front-of-house team
• Mentor and develop junior FOH staff, building a team that takes pride in the details
• Own the guest experience- anticipating needs, resolving issues gracefully, and creating moments that bring people back
• Support wine and beverage service, working closely with our sommelier team
• Partner with the Restaurant Manager on rostering, stock, and day-to-day operations
• Champion Tilda's standards of service, presentation, and hospitality culture

What you'll bring:

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a fine dining or high-volume premium restaurant
• A genuine passion for hospitality and pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge (or hunger to build it)
• Calm, confident leadership under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and service periods
