ABOUT THE ROLE

•Actively engage with guests and assist in all guests’ needs, which may include, but are not limited to issuing towels, opening & close the pool and cabana set-up.

•Pick up and remove used towels and debris from the pool deck areas throughout the day

•Maintain complete knowledge of recreation services, activities, amenities and hotel services/features.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedure.

•Basic knowledge of recreational equipment and facilities

•Exceptional customer service skills
