•Mövenpick Resort Phan Thiet is located in a prime location on Hon Gio street, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province. The resort is located near the romantic beach, with a long stretch of fine white sand and emerald green sea water, bringing visitors beautiful natural scenery and fresh, cool atmosphere.

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing quality goods and services at the most competitive prices while ensuring compliance with company policies, HACCP standards, and sustainability practices.
Trưởng bộ phận Mua hàng chịu trách nhiệm tìm nguồn cung ứng, đàm phán và mua các hàng hóa, dịch vụ chất lượng với mức giá cạnh tranh nhất, đồng thời đảm bảo tuân thủ các chính sách của công ty, tiêu chuẩn HACCP và định hướng phát triển bền vững.

Key Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm chính:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Mövenpick standards and Accor guidelines.
  Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược mua hàng phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn của Mövenpick và định hướng của Tập đoàn Accor.

• Manage the entire purchasing process via FutureLog procurement system.
  Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình mua hàng thông qua hệ thống FutureLog.

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and compliance with HACCP and sustainability standards.
  Đánh giá và lựa chọn nhà cung cấp dựa trên chất lượng, giá cả, độ tin cậy và sự tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn HACCP và phát triển bền vững.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
  Đàm phán hợp đồng, điều khoản và điều kiện với các nhà cung cấp.

• Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
  Theo dõi mức tồn kho để tránh tình trạng dư thừa hoặc thiếu hụt nguyên vật liệu.

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, F&B, engineering, and housekeeping departments to understand procurement needs.
  Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận Bếp, F&B, Kỹ thuật và Buồng phòng để nắm rõ nhu cầu mua sắm.

• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and adherence to internal audit requirements.
  Đảm bảo việc lưu trữ tài liệu đầy đủ và tuân thủ các yêu cầu kiểm toán nội bộ.

• Perform reasonable duties assigned by the Resort management.
  Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ hợp lý được giao bởi Ban quản lý Khu nghỉ dưỡng.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, Chuỗi cung ứng hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or resort industry.
  Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong ngành khách sạn hoặc khu nghỉ dưỡng.

• Proficiency in FutureLog and other procurement systems is highly preferred.
  Ưu tiên ứng viên sử dụng thành thạo hệ thống FutureLog và các phần mềm mua hàng khác.

• Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
  Am hiểu tiêu chuẩn HACCP và các quy định liên quan đến an toàn thực phẩm.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  Kỹ năng đàm phán, giao tiếp và tổ chức công việc tốt.

• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
  Thành thạo tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh.
