Job Description

We are seeking a Paralegal - Corporate Secretarial to support the management of our Luxury & Lifestyle legal entities across the ENA-MEAT region. This role will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with local laws, timely filings, and implementation of proper governance standards across the Luxury & Lifestyle legal entities in the regions. Working closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Talent & Culture, Compliance, Legal) and external partners (Law firms, Auditors, Accounting firms, Public authorities), the Paralegal Corporate Secretarial will play a key role in supporting the company’s broader legal and business objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain and update corporate records for entities in the ENA-MEAT region, including board minutes, resolutions, and shareholder documents
  • Coordinate annual filings, statutory documentation, and corporate registrations in collaboration with external service providers
  • Advise internal stakeholders on local corporate governance requirements and best practices
  • Track and manage key compliance deadlines across jurisdictions
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and service providers on entity maintenance and regulatory filings
  • Support legal team on legal entity rationalisation, incorporations, liquidations, and restructurings
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and other corporate governance activities
  • Ensure the accurate entity data and documentation within the company’s legal management systems

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree and at least 2-3 years of experience
  • Fluency verbally and in writing in English, French and Arabic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactivity, agility, strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external clients
  • Flexibility and strong work organisation
