Job Description

At Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, we create unforgettable dining experiences through exceptional service, thoughtful leadership, and attention to detail. Our All Day Dining outlet is a key touchpoint for guests, and the Outlet Manager plays a vital role in delivering consistent excellence.

The Outlet Manager – All Day Dining is responsible for the overall operation, performance, and guest experience of the outlet. This role leads the service team, ensures operational excellence, drives revenue, and upholds Fairmont and Accor brand standards at all times.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the All Day Dining outlet
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience through personalized and proactive service
  • Recruit, train, develop, and motivate the service team in line with Fairmont values
  • Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and control labor costs
  • Monitor quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness across the outlet
  • Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and other departments
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and operational expenses
  • Implement Accor initiatives, brand standards, and SOPs

Qualifications

  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
  • Luxury hotel or international brand experience preferred
  • Strong operational knowledge of All Day Dining concepts
  • Experience in managing large teams and high-volume operations
  • Your Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Guest-centric mindset with excellent service recovery skills
  • Financial acumen, including labor and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
