Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co-founders of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a daily director!

🎯 Keep It Spotless: Clean and sanitize crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to Mama's hygiene and cleanliness standards. 🧼✨

🎯 Keep the Kitchen Moving: Ensure clean and sanitized equipment, utensils, and crockery are always available to support smooth kitchen and F&B operations. 🍽️🔥

🎯 Master the Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, especially when the kitchen is buzzing. 💦🍽️

🎯 Own Your Space: Keep stewarding areas, kitchens, storage spaces, floors, drains, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and ready for action. 🧹✨

🎯 Handle with Care: Use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools safely and correctly, following all required procedures. 🧴🦺

🎯 Waste Less: Support proper waste segregation, collection, and disposal while helping Mama follow sustainable practices. 🌱♻️

🎯 Keep It Safe: Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment. 👌🧼

🎯 Speak Up: Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, safety hazards, or shortages of cleaning supplies to the Stewarding Supervisor. 🔧👀

🎯 Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Support the Kitchen and F&B teams during busy services and always be ready to lend a hand to your Gang. 🤝🔥
