Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort is seeking a passionate and driven International F&B Service Intern to join our World Class Food & Beverage team. Embodying Sofitel’s signature fusion of French and authentic Balinese hospitality, this internship program provides hands-on operational exposure across our luxury dining venues including all day dining, specialty restaurants, and banquet operations.

As an International Intern, you will gain international luxury hotel experience, working closely with a multicultural team to deliver refined service standards to global travelers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver personalized guest interactions using Sofitel’s Cousu Main (tailor-made) service philosophy.
• Oversee floor service during shifts, ensuring tables are set, orders are taken accurately, and service standards meet Sofitel luxury guidelines.
• Serve as a peer mentor to trainees, guiding them on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Assist in daily shift briefings alongside the Outlet Supervisor or Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards meet sustainability guidelines.
• Handle initial guest inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating complex issues to the shift supervisor or manager.
• Promote the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and seasonal F&B promotions to resort guests.

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate (within 12 months) of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Prior completion of an internship or work professionally (6+ months in F&B 5-star Restaurant or Luxury Hotel) is preferred
• Strong command of spoken and written English. Conversational other languages is an advantage.
• Fundamental understanding of food & beverage service styles (a la carte, buffet, fine dining, banquet, and beverage/wine serving etiquette).
