Information Technology Manager (IT Manager)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Information Technology Manager to lead our IT operations and technology initiatives in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and technical teams. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment of IT services with business objectives while driving digital transformation and operational excellence.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT department team, fostering a culture of professional development and accountability
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud-based systems
• Develop and execute IT strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals and support business growth
• Manage IT budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection regulations, and industry best practices
• Analyze IT systems performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party IT solutions and services
• Coordinate IT projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Establish and maintain IT service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance metrics
• Conduct risk assessments and implement cybersecurity measures to protect organizational assets
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and department heads
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive IT management experience in a corporate environment
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management, including networks, systems, and servers
• Strong background in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and best practices
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical teams of varying sizes
• Solid understanding of IT security, compliance requirements, and data protection standards
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in IT project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and enterprise systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and risk management practices
• Budget management and financial acumen
• Vendor management and negotiation experience
• Knowledge of regional IT standards and regulations relevant to the United Arab Emirates is a plus
• Certification in IT management, ITIL, or related fields is preferred
