We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with a passion for empowering, developing, and motivating the team to succeed.

• Assist in the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping team 
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in driving the productivity, motivation and development of all Housekeeping team members 
• Assist with the induction and training of new Housekeeping team members 
• Ensure high cleanliness and productivity standards are met and kept in accordance to company guidelines 
• Organise and allocate rooms for the rostered team members on shift 
• Ensure appropriate chemical safety and WHS standards and practices are maintained 

• Warm and caring personality
• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is an asset
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality 
• Comprehensive computer skills 
• Take pride in delivering high-quality guest experiences
• A quick thinker who can think on the spot to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible 
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills
