We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our dynamic team i. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards, ensuring that every guest experiences a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment. You will take pride in delivering exceptional housekeeping services while upholding our commitment to excellence and hospitality.
- Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests and team members
- Clean and maintain all assigned guestrooms and common areas, including dusting, making beds, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and inside window cleaning
- Remove soiled linen from rooms and retrieve clean linen from designated storage areas
- Replenish rooms with supplies and amenities according to departmental standards
- Sign in and out master keys daily and maintain proper accountability for all equipment
- Update and accurately record all cleaned rooms in the designated system
- Identify, collect, and properly tag all lost and found articles by following lost and found policy.
- Report necessary maintenance items and safety concerns to the line Supervisor promptly
- Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and organizational service standards
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and assist colleagues as needed
- Maintain proper usage and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Basic English communication skills with the ability to understand and follow instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules based on departmental needs
- Proven ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in all situations
- Team player mentality with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of and commitment to health, safety, and sanitation best practices
- Passion for the hospitality industry and genuine interest in delivering exceptional service
- Ability to follow procedures and adapt to organizational standards and policies
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
