Mama Shelter is a vibrant, design‑driven hospitality brand founded in 2008 by the Trigano family (co‑founders of Club Med). Mama Shelter is part of Ennismore, a global collective of creative hospitality brands in joint venture with Accor.

We’re looking for friendly, confident and service-oriented Hosts/Hostesses to be the first smile our guests see.

• Welcome and greet guests warmly on arrival
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and seating arrangements
• Provide accurate waiting times and maintain queue flow
• Escort guests to tables and present menus
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house / host station

• Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with positive attitude
• Prior F&B experience is a plus (not required for entry-level)
