Mama Shelter is a vibrant, design‑driven hospitality brand founded in 2008 by the Trigano family (co‑founders of Club Med). The brand creates lively, eclectic urban spaces blending creativity, community, affordability, and exceptional service. Mama Shelter is part of Ennismore, a global collective of creative hospitality brands in joint venture with Accor.
We’re looking for friendly, confident and service-oriented Hosts/Hostesses to be the first smile our guests see.
- Welcome and greet guests warmly on arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins and seating arrangements
- Provide accurate waiting times and maintain queue flow
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house / host station
- Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude
- Prior F&B experience is a plus (not required for entry-level)
