We’re seeking a reliable and hands-on Handyperson to support the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel. Working closely with our Engineering team, you’ll help keep the resort running smoothly, ensuring all areas are well-maintained, safe, and guest-ready. From painting and presentation upkeep to routine inspections and general repairs, you’ll enjoy a varied role where your work makes a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and presentation touch-ups across guest rooms and public areas
• Perform general maintenance across plant and equipment
• Complete routine inspections and identify faults or repair requirements
• Support preventative maintenance programs and daily plant checks
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of completed and outstanding tasks
• Liaise with team members and contractors to minimise disruption to guests

• Strong painting skills with a focus on quality finishes and presentation
• Hands-on experience across general maintenance, including door locks, safes, air-conditioning cleaning, and pool maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, team-focused, and committed to a positive workplace culture
• Guest-focused with the ability to provide friendly, professional service
• Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
